Bed and Breakfast located in Bursledon We are approximately in the middle as far the various Marina's are concerned on the Hamble River In one direction we have Hamble Village (1.5Miles) with Hamble Point Port Hamble and Mercury Marina's In the other direction there is Deacons Moody's and Universal Marina's. Also close to us but far enough away to cause no problems is GE (aero Structures) and Cooper Vision plus Hamble has a multitude of smaller business. We are also in a convemient location for the City of Southampton with its shopping along with the various cruise berths we would be happy to guide you if you would like to have a look at one of these Cruise Liners departing we say departting since then tend to arrive in the early hours of the morning.

The hall guest lounge dinning room and kitchen are all open plan with a light airy feel to them . A separate cloak room is available off the hall.

Mobility Description:
While we have a couple of steps into the house we do have two rooms available to let on the ground floor there is also one step from the hall way to the dining area. Please contact us and we can mutually decide whether we are suitable or not we don't want dissatisfied guests you come first.

Dining Facilities:

• The Dinning room is open plan with the kitchen giving them a very open feeling. We have a solid oak dinning table along with solid oak chairs. Please note we request that guests do not eat meals in the bedrooms please make use of our dinning area we will happily provide plates and cutlery this avoids spills and smells in the bedrooms. Snacks are not a problem.
