New apartment located in a quiet and elegant complex 100 meters from the beach of San Giovanni on the ground floor very large and spacious. The furniture is new and modern. Maximum 3 persons. It consists of a spacious living room with table and sofa bed television and large terrace with table and chairs fully equipped kitchenette one double bedroom one sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room and bathroom with shower. A few meters away there are supermarkets banks and post office the old town can be reached in 10/15 minutes by foot along the waterfront. The city located in a picturesque bay offers a picturesque old town a white sandy beach crystal clear sea numerous bays and inlets a nature reserve where you can find the famous caves of Neptune. The property which the city is located in the district of Lido in a strategic location being close to the train station city bus stop and easy access to the beach. Bed linen and bathroom towels are not included. Guests can rent them from us at an extra cost of 1000 per person for the whole period. Air-conditioning unit: this facility is on request and if required has an extra supplement of 1000 per day.
