Like its sister property, the two-storey villa has only been recently built, giving it an immaculate, showhouse look throughout. Inside, the layout is the mirror image of the Datil, with a bright and crisp open-plan lounge, diner and kitchen occupying most of the ground floor. Here, you will find a comfortable, corner sofa and a flatscreen TV and DVD player.

Completing things is a smart dining area with a chic, light wood table and a stylish corner kitchen fitted with stainless steel appliances and a neat breakfast bar. Elsewhere on the ground floor, there is a bright and inviting twin bedroom and separate shower room. Upstairs, meanwhile, are the three remaining bedrooms - a lovely fresh spacious double with a balcony and ensuite bathroom and two further comfortable twin rooms. The outside of the villa is as attractive as the cheerful well-maintained interior.

The inviting, rectangular pool has walk-in steps and is bordered by a big, sunny terrace where you can lie back on a sunlounger, recharge your batteries and enjoy distant views over the Mediterranean. There is an outdoor shower and a built-in barbecue here, as well. Another nice touch comes in the form of a covered terrace, which comes with a patio table and chairs, providing a further social space to enjoy relaxed drinks and meals whilst gazing at the sunsets
