Apartments
The residence is composed of 5 properties and two floors of 8 apartments, 4 of which are disabled accessible.
Each apartment has a sitting/dining room area, with a double sofa bed and a panoramic window which overlooks a green park. There is kitchenette with hot and cold water, grill, utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery . The bathrooms are furnished with a shower and towels and linen.
The apartments are elegantly furnished and those on the ground floor have a private garden, whilst those on the first floor have a large private terrace. The external spaces have chairs, tables and sun umbrellas.

First class services are offered by the best beaches including special beach clubs and activities, characterised by relaxation and enjoyment. The beaches have fine sand and shallow waters. There are both private and free beaches which are organised and efficient and are able to guarantee enjoyment in safety. The beachses are kept clean and there are lifeguards on duty to ensure bathers safety. The numerous bars cater for the variety of clients offering infinite possibilities to meet up for a drink or an aperitif when you get back from the beach or from a shopping trip. Before enjoying a magnificent evening meal, after a hard day at the beach, you can enjoy a bicycle ride along the 20km of bike track in the fresh sea air. If you still have some energy, you can take a relaxing stroll and enjoy the sights, sounds and perfumes whilst visiting Jupiter’s temple.

By car

From Rome
It is possible to reach Terracina by the A1 motorway, exiting at Frosinone and following the signs for the main road ‘Frosinone-Mare’ in the direction of Terracina.
An alternative route is the main road ‘SS 148 Pontina’ or the ‘SS 7 Appia dal Grande Raccordo Anulare di Roma’.

From Naples
Exit the A1 motorway at Cassino and follow the signs for Gaeta-Sperlonga and therefore Terracina taking the ‘SS 156 Flacca’ or continue on the ‘SS 7 Appia’.
From Naples, you can also take the Tangenziale and join the A1 motorway.
By train
From Rome or Naples
Terracina is half way between Roma Termini and Napoli Centrale train stations, and it is reachable from either station. Trains leave approximately hourly. To get to Terracina it is necessary to get off at Monte San Biagio and get to the Residence via public bus. There are also some trains from Roma Termini direct to Terracina FS station and vice versa.
By aeroplane:
From Rome or Naples
If you arrive at Rome Ciampino or Rome Fiumicino airports, it is possible to use the underground links to reach Roma Termini or Eur Laurentina ( Metro Linea B ) e continue in train or bus until Terracina, as indicated above.
Furthermore, there are services from Naples Capodichino airport.
By public transport

From Rome
From the central station, take the underground or bus Eur Laurentina di Roma, using the direct links or changing at Latina, it is possible to reach Terracina in less than two hours.
