Originally a hospice for pilgrims dating back to 1140 the building is now houses a restaurant and several bedrooms. The restaurant has two set menus: Traditional and Seasonal with a few variations depending on the season. The Clusaz offers serves the quality and vitality of traditional Val d'Aosta dishes. The careful restoration of the XX century pilgrim's refuge on the building's upper floor, has created 14 inviting rooms on the building's upper floor. The thoughtful decor, has created quiet, compact and complementary rooms, each falling under the categories of Relax, Panorama or Environment.
