Ideal for use as a base when exploring the Jurassic Coast and perfectly situated 5 minutes drive from the Condor Ferry Terminal for trips to Jersey Guernsey and France. The Rosefield Guest House is only a short walk to the golden sands of Weymouth's famous beach and a short drive from the Weymouth & Portland National Sailing Academy home of the London 2012 Olympics sailing events. It is a 15 minute walk into Weymouth town centre and about 5-6 minutes walk to the promenade. Just a few yards down the road there is a bus stop with frequent services to Dorchester and a few yards up the road there is a bus stop with frequent services into Weymouth itself. There is a strict no smoking policy at this guest house. However there is an area of the garden where guests may smoke. We have a no pets policy sorry. Breakfast is served daily in our dining room between 8.00 am and 9.00 am or at other times by prior arrangement.

By road from Dorchester: From the Dorchester By-pass A35 Football Stadium roundabout. Turn onto the A354 heading towards Weymouth. At the Jurassic roundabout take the 2nd turning signposted Town Centre and Portland at Veasta Roundabout take the 2nd exit continue on this road until you reach Manor Roundabout take the first left (Morrisons Superstore) onto the Dorchester Road. Continue ahead for about 2/3 of a mile. The Rosefield Guest House is located on the left hand side.;
