Holly Grove B&B is set in a quiet rural location with heated outdoor swimming pool satellite TV wireless broadband and ample parking facilities. There is a separate lounge available for guest use. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and rooms are of a very high standard. Special dietary requirements catered for by prior arrangement. Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the terrace - weather permitting. Special rates for stays of 3 nights or longer. Although we enjoy a quiet rural location we are close to the nearest town with all the useful amenities. We are 20 minutes from Glyndebourne and the South Downs National Park. Royal Tunbridge Wells Lewes Eastbourne and Brighton are all near by. East Sussex and Kent have a large number of wonderful historical sites to visit. Holly Grove is well situated to explore the historic town of Lewes and Battle 40 minutes to Brighton and Hastings 30 minutes to Eastbourne and Tunbridge Wells and 50 minutes from historic Rye. There are several National Trust properties within easy travelling distance and it only takes an hour and a half to get to Covent Garden.

We offer three rooms 2 of which are ensuite and one has a private bathroom. Rooms can be used for double twin and single occupancy. The Nutcracker Suite can alose be used for family occupancy

The outdoor heated pool and decking area is available for guests to use during May-October. Breakfast can also be served here.
