Local Tips: Located south of Walt Disney World it Southern Dunes is within easy reach of Interstate 4, which is the main thoroughfare to all of the areas' major attractions.

Transfers: Please note that shuttle services do not go to villas. A private taxi is required.

Dining: Self-Catering facilities in each Villa. Southern Dunes has an onsite Clubhouse with a friendly bar and restaurant. The resort is just a short walk from the supermarket (Walmart) and plenty of restaurants to suite all types of tastes and budgets.

Sports, games and activities: Communal swimming pool, two tennis courts, children's play area with swings and slides, championship golf course. Each Villa has a private screened swimming pool that may be heated (with charge), and a pool deck with lounge chairs and table.

Additional: 24 hour manned entrance, cribs, high chairs, and rollaways are available with charge. Villa facilities may include air-conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, kitchen with electric oven, cooking rings, grill, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing and drying machines and iron and ironing board, bathrooms with shower or bath.

Room Facilities:

Southern Dunes Villas features villas from compact three-bedroom properties to spacious five-bedroom houses all with a sparking swimming pool. Each unit has a lounge and living area, a master bedroom with a queen sized or double bed and a television, and other bedrooms with double or twin beds. Villa amenities vary but all have Cable TV and telephone. The occupancy levels of the homes vary and a pull out sofa bed or rollaway beds can be provided for maximum occupancy (with charge). A 3 bedroom sleeps up to 6 persons, 4 bedroom sleeps 8 persons, and a 5 bedroom sleeps 10 persons.
