The Noel Arms was the flagship pub for the now defunct Ruddles brewery and retains much of the old World charm and character. The Inn has three rooms all en-suite and has a restaurant which is open for lunch and supper to the public and breakfast for guests. We are a pub more than a Bed & Breakfast and our rooms are comfortable but dated our food is freshly prepared and "homely" but we are not a gastro pub! The Noel Arms is situated in the village of Langham in Rutland the smallest county in England. A few miles away is Rutland Water boasting some of the best trout fishing in the country a range of water sports and on its eastern end the World famous bird viewing sanctuary home of the annual Bird fair. For the more sporty there are many 1st class golf courses all within a few miles of Langham. Clay pigeon shooting happens most of the year with normal in season pheasant shooting in the later part of the year. Langham has two polo grounds with something happening most weekends during the summer months.
Our rooms are dated but comfortable spacious and airy with large en-suite bathrooms. TV with Free view in all the rooms. Please note that we are more of a Pub with rooms than a Bed & Breakfast. This should be taken into account if looking for a quite away weekend. Our pub can get busy and quite noisy with friendly locals at times.
