The apartments are of two types: standard and superior, the latter with large covered patio, all offer, however, the beautiful view of the sea and the horizon of the islands of Lipari, Panarea and Stromboli.

The Residence is located 400 meters from the port and just 200 meters from the main street, where there are commercial activities, offices, local shops and anything else that might come in handy for a pleasant stay.

The nearest beach is about 200 meters of the residence and is easily reached on foot.
Nearby is also a bus stop providing a link to the various municipalities of the island and its main tourist areas.
