Emms Cottage is set in pretty gardens full of wildlife and is a garden lovers paradise lots of rare and unsual flowers and plants. So close to The Eden Project a pleasant 25 minute walk or by car just a few minutes. Walkers and cyclists receive a discount upon entry. There are two guest bedrooms: A twin room with very comfy twin beds ideal for a variation of traveling comanions or the beds link together making a great kingsize bed for those wanting to cosy up together usually the kingsize is offered for two or more nights. This room has television/dvd either bring your own discs or watch one of ours also we have a single room with television/dvd ideal for a party of three traveling together or a small family. Both rooms have tea/coffee making facilities hairdryer and limited wi fi. There is central heating in winter & fans in summer. Please let us know if you are celebrating a special occasion! I put balloons in the room or can add flowers. Even wine at extra cost. A courtesy collection from the Par rail station can be arranged if required just let us know your arrival time. A full English breakfast with other options available is served either in the dining room or in the conservatory overlooking the garden. Award winning sausages and free range eggs are included in the breakfast special diet requirements also catered for. From the dining room our guests take great delight in watching the birds feeding bullfinches goldfinches siskins blackcaps nuthatch & many more. Guests are quite welcome to relax in the conservatory which has a pleasant view of the cottage garden in which the owners take great pride. After breakfast take a wander round the garden or sit by the pond or summer house even get a tiny glimpse of the sea. The garden is a delight in Summer full of perfume & colour also rare & unusual plants.
