Easy access to the Jurassic coast (a World Heritage site) beautiful National Trust properties and gardens excellent restaurants and pubs serving locally sourced food and of course superb walking accessible right from the door. The Wessex Ridgeway is just 2 miles away and it is a good days walk to Lyme Regis. Beaminster is a very attractive Georgian town with delightful and interesting shops. Bridport just 15 minutes away is a haven of antique shops and a great high street with many independent traders and excellent markets both Wednesday and Saturday. Lyme Regis is just 25 minutes away and is a charming town in which to spend the day. Fleet Air Arm museum The Tank Museum and Monkey World are all within half an hours drive as well as many other great attractions.

We try to be as environmentally aware as possible. I have installed solar panels for both hot water and electricity. Cooking is done on a wood-fired Rayburn with a small wood planted in our field for sustainable fuel. We have organic cotton products where possible and clean using only environmentally friendly products.

Directions:
Mosterton is on the A3066 between Crewkerne Somerset and Beaminster Dorset and is easy to find. From the A303 take the A356 to Crewkerne continue through the town in a Southerly direction taking the road to Dorchester. Just after Misterton turn right onto the A3066 signed Mosterton. Once in Mosterton turn left immediately after Eeles Pottery into Bowes Lane (B and B sign on the right hand side under the street light) a small unmarked track lined with thatched cottages.;
