Only 1 minute from the Promenade we are central to all major attractions including the famous Blackpool tower Winter Gardens Pleasure Beach Sealife Centre Madame Tussauds and Blackpool FC ground to name a few. All our rooms are en-suite we have 10 rooms which consist of 4 double 1 Small double 1 twin and 3 various size family rooms and 1 single. All our rooms have tea and coffee making facilities flat screen tv and fresh towels. Enjoy your full English breakfast in our dining room served at 8.45 till 9.30. Take a quick tram journey or a short stroll down the promenade to the town centre which offers a variety of shops and bars to enjoy. But if you fancy a casual stroll then it s still within walking distance enjoying the sites along the way. There is a Hotel Bar for you to relax and enjoy a quiet chat with your hosts Gaz and Jue and other guests or just simply sit and relax or play a game of pool. There is parking 5 minutes away to the Lonsdale coach and car park so come along and book with us. We suggest you book early to avoid disappointment. It may be advisable to take out holiday insurance. Check in times 2.00pm till 7.00pm but we will secure your luggage until your room is ready if you decide to arrive earlier. Check out time 10.30am.
