Guanock Guest house is a no-frills family-run property in Kings Lynn that features free Wi-Fi in all areas and basic continental breakfast (additional �2.50 per person per night / must be booked upon arrival at the hotel). We also offer the use of a shared kitchenette with fridge microwave and washing up facilities. Parking outside the hotel is available between 6pm and 8am and we have limited parking in our own garage at �2 per night (must be requested directly with the hotel). Our nine well-maintained bedrooms are outfitted with usual amenities including Freeview TVs and tea-/coffee-making facilities. We cater predominately for contractors during the working week but welcome families walkers cyclists etc. We are within easy walking distance of the railway station and town centre and are very close to the Norfolk arena speedway and stock car stadium and the QE hospital. Guanock Guest house is a typical Grade 2 listed property with many original features and is set in a conservation area adjacent to the historical South Gate Arch. We are a short drive to the beaches and the royal Sandringham Estate. Kings Lynn is a fantastic town with lots of attractions and maritime history including St Nicholas chapel where the Robinson Crusoe family have a ledger stone situated. You can visit the fine merchant houses on the many cobbled streets.
