The Mani Villas are located is in Messinia, which is an area of the Peloponnese that is rich in history and relatively undiscovered and are only a 5minute walk from the harbour of Nikolaos. They are located 45km away from Kalamata/KLX Airport. The villas are build entirely of stone which them unique and gives guests a unique feeling. Each complex offers guests a covered, private terrace and a small garden with Jacuzzi as well as sun beds and umbrellas. Interior facilities include a living / sleeping area with sofa bed, separate bedroom, sitting room with fully equipped kitchenette (toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle), air conditioning, fireplace, flat-bed satellite TV, DVD, radio, WiFi, safe, 2 bathrooms (shower / toilet), veranda and balcony (with partial sea and mountain views). Cleaning and linen change is done 2 times a week. Recreational facilities include water sports on offer from local providers on the beach.
