60 km west of Kuopio, lake Niinivesi/Miekkavesi 5 m (width about 2 km, length about 40 km), hard, gently sloping beach, large piers, boat and kayaks. The real estate complex is comprised of two holiday houses, large terraces and a jetty, boat shed and carport. The holiday house on the shore of has a terrace on the water, house built in 2011, kitchen, bathroom, sauna, hall, loft with double bed and terraces total of 100 m². The second holiday house has a kitchen, bedroom with double bed, upstairs 2 bedrooms both with 1 bed, lounge sofa bed. Use of a laptop and navigator are included in the price.

Holiday houses are located on a flat lot, surrounded by a protective fence. The dock can be reached by big boats. On the shore there is a fireplace, made of block of stones, carport has a place for snowmobile. On the shore there is a outdoor kitchen / gas grill.

In winter, ice golf on the ice-rink. The surrounding area includes the lighting, grazing, playing fields, paving, flowerpools and walkways. On the lake there is annually carried out Finland-paddles event. The owner can rent canoes, outboard and S Porsche convertibles for a separate fee.

The nearby Nokisenkoski has a fishing possibility. The owner also rents outboard. Suonenjoki has a go-kart track, where you can hire karts. In summer there is strawberry summer carnival.

Onkilampi recreation area has hiking trails, lighted ski trail and shooting ranges. Revontuli Golf Hankasalmi 45 km, the ski center Häkärinteet 40 km, Rauhanlahti spa 50 km, Rissala airport 78 km. Suonenjoki services 13 km. This place is only rented to families or the like.
