The romantic Welsh Highland Railway running to Caernarfon and Rhyd Ddu forms another of the farm's boundaries. You can leave the car and enjoy this fantastic journey through breathtaking scenery. The station at Dinas is accessible at the farm's entrance as is the Lon Eifion - the main walking/cycling route in the area which gives immediate access to miles of safe cycling and walking. Lon Eifion forms part of the Lon Las Cymru National Cycle Network from Holyhead to Cardiff. This historical walled town of Caernarfon is only 3m away and a visit to its magnificent Edwardian Castle is a must. Llanberis and the start of the Snowdon Railway is 9m.

Mobility Description:
The farmhouse is surrounded by a private garden that is fenced and has a wide concrete drive and lawns - no slopes. The farmhouse is accessible by one step that is 10 cm deep into the porch followed by another step 15 cm deep into the house. Doorway is 85 cm wide and 2m high. This leads to a wide hallway giving way to a spacious lounge on the right and kitchen/breakfast room and downstairs toilet and cloakroom both on the left. (No steps to access any of these rooms). The first floor is accessed by a 14 stairs each of which is 15cm deep. On reaching the first floor landing there is a further step 15cm deep on the right to access the passage way leading to all three bedrooms and spacious family bathroom (all on the same level). The bathroom has a full size bath and a separate shower cubicle (90x70 cm).
