The Azalai Lodge is a "dream home" retreat with 6 rooms and 2 suites. The hotel is decorated with period furniture designed to evoke the authors who have written of the desert, including Lawrence of Arabia and Karen Blixen. A restaurant offers traditional cuisine, with seating inside and a terrace by the pool area & gardens (please note that alcohol is not currently sold but you are welcome to bring your own and have it served by the hotel staff). Other hotel facilities include the pool & gardens, spa massage, hammam, library and games. There are two lounges with fireplace.
The "Travelling rooms" are larger than the "Discovery rooms" and have a lounge; both room types have a shower or vintage cast-iron bath, hair dryer and air-conditioning/fan. The two suites are larger again with a living room, and shower. All rooms feature a glass door directly onto the gardens. The Lodge also runs a Desert Camp Business hours of reception: Every day: from 00:00 to 00:00 . and from : to: on weekends
