1412 Hotel Boutique de Lujo is a new hotel located in Ro in a new 4 floor building, with a total of 13 rooms, 22 m2 each, that preserves the historic facade of the property. All the interior design was made by Hugo Salguero, a theatrical set designer. The rooms are equipped with 60 cms in height Simmons Sommier with dual density foam and anatomical springs, 180 thread count, American Percale, sheets, fluffy Simmons pillows and a cozy duvet.
