Villa Lovrecina is located in Lovrecina bay dominated by a large sandy beach and an area with restaurants and cafes. It is situated in a secluded part of the bay, in the middle of a large olive grove, nearby the figs, 5 m from the sea and 20 m from the beach. There are no houses in the surroundings and guests can enjoy peace and quiet. It is a traditional Dalmatian stone house designed by Mr.
Dinko Kovacic a famous architect from Split. The interior is contemporary, designed as one large space on multiple levels comprising a kitchen / dining / sitting room area, a bathroom and two bedroom areas on two separated mezzanine sections. A double bedroom is located on one section and a bedroom with twin beds on the other. The villa and the garden terrace offer beautiful views of the sea and the unspoiled nature.
Villa Lovrecina has no conventional electricity supply but has solar panels and generator. It is connected to the water supply, but it also has its "well ".
