Villa Rasotica – 3 Palms is situated in the elite western part of the picturesque village of Sumartin on Brač, 100 m from the sea. It was completely renovated in 2009.This lovely villa can accommodate 8 to 10 people comfortably. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 quadruple bedroom with 2 double beds), a bathroom and a loundry area. All the bedrooms have access to the garden with a private outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a separate WC and a summer kitchen.

The upper floor has a kitchen / dining room / sitting room area with 2 balconies and a bathroom. To make your stay on Brač Island as pleasant as possible, we have equipped the villa with all the equipment you might need and the interior and grounds have been tastefully designed.
