This area is well-known for the ski resort of Sasso Tetto that overlooks the side of the house. The Villa is a newly renovated, fully fenced-in, two floor house, partly skirted with a covered veranda and lots of outside areas from which to admire the views. One of these is the terrace below the house, reached by a few steps, that houses the furnished pool area. Ample parking. The illuminated gardens are quite steep, terraced and naturally shaded by trees. The pool measures 7m x 4m and depths of 1m x 1.3m. An outside eating area with barbeque and bread oven. Ground floor: Sitting/dining room with open fireplace. Kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Bathroom with bath, WC and washing machine. First floor: One twin bedded room. Two double bedded rooms. Shower room with WC. Swimming pool open between 1st June and 30th September (weather permitting). Bed linen and towels are provided weekly. You must take your own swimming pool towels. A refundable security deposit is payable on arrival at the villa to the owner or the keyholder. Approximately 150-200 EUR.
