From Hawick take the A7 south towards Carlisle. After approx. 1.5 miles turn right over the bridge at B711 heading towards Roberton. Travel approx. 4 miles and Borthwick View is the first white bungalow (red front door and gate) on the right hand side as you approach Roberton. Parking is available directly opposite the access and a footpath to the front door.;
