The hotel Casa Hacienda San Jose is a seventeenth century historic building, that was declared Cultural Heritage in 1970. It is located in the district of El Carmen, in Chincha, just two and a half hours south of Lima and 30 minutes away from the Paracas National Reserve. It has 27 ensuite rooms that can accommodate from 1 to 4 people. They all are a warm and comfortable, with high ceilings and antique furniture, but with modern equipment, such as king size beds, LCD cable TV, mini bar, desk, etc.

The Casa Hacienda San Jose features a restaurant that serves exquisite gourmet dishes based on traditional local cuisine. There is also a chapel, spacious courtyards and corridors, a large swimming pool, a small bar and a recreation area. Among the activities the hotel offers, there is a tour around the facilities, which includes a visit to the Catacombs of the estate.
