Property Location
Just 11 km long and 2.8 km wide at its widest point, Lord Howe Island is a small but incredibly picturesque island located in the South Pacific Ocean, approximately 700 km northeast of Sydney, Australia. The island is bordered by a reef-fringed lagoon, rolling surf, and the worlds southernmost coral reef. It was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1982. There are about 350 permanent people on Lord Howe Island, and there can only be 400 guests at once. Nearly three-quarters of the island are permanently protected as national and marine parks, making Lord Howe a perfect example of a pure natural setting.
