Grand Karat Sochi is a 5-star hotel in the heart of Sochi. The impressive high-rise building with a wave-shaped façade houses two hundred rooms, two restaurants, a year-round heated swimming pool, venues for business and memorable social events, a spa with a sauna, hammam and gym.

The 27-floor Grand Karat Sochi building was designed by Scottish architectural bureau RMJM in collaboration with French design agency Valode & Pistre, while the interior of the rooms was designed by British bureau De Salles Flint. The front façade of the building is framed by two columns with the lobby between them, and faces the green Ordzhonikidze Street; the other façade faces the sea and a private beach.
