The apartment of 1290 square feet (120 squared meters) is on the first floor of a building without elevator. The apartment can comfortably host up to 7 people. It has three bedrooms with double beds (with the possibility to separate them to create two single beds) and each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is also small room that contains a very restored antique single sofa bed on which one more person can sleep.

However, as the sofa bed can only accommodate someone under 1,70 meters tall, a longer extra pull put single bed can be set up in one of the bedrooms if needed. The apartment can be used by smaller families or even a couple: we offer rates based upon the number of rooms/beds being used. The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen with all cooking pots and eating utensils needed for cooking at home, as well as an espresso coffee maker. The sitting room has a small balcony overlooking an internal courtyard garden.
