Erlands House was the dower house to the Itchel Estate on the edge of Crondall. Crondall which lies 4 miles North West of Farnham is an historic and extremely attractive village with many listed buildings 2 pubs a shop cricket pitch bowling green and golf course set within beautiful countryside renowned for walking and cycling. The house is a lovely example of early 17th century Queen Anne architecture set in spacious grounds. The accommodation is provided in the Coach House which is set with its own drive within the grounds overlooking the fields and woods of the Estate. The Coach House by dint of its separation from the main house offers both seclusion and privacy. The continental breakfast is laid out as a buffet and includes a choice of tea and filter coffee orange juice croissants pain au chocolat baguettes home made jams cereal yoghurt and fruit. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the small kitchen. To ensure the ambience the kitchen is not available for self catering. The majority of our weekend guests find the Coach House convenient for weddings and events in Crondall Farnham and Odiham as well as the surrounding villages of Bentley (Bury Court an Northbrook Park) Dogmersfield (Four Seasons) Long Sutton and Lower and Upper Froyle. Our weekday business clients appreciate that whilst Erlands House is in a rural area it is close to Junction 5 of the M3 the A31 and A3 with. the towns of Farnborough Fleet Hook and Basingstoke all within 15 minutes. Guildford and Winchester are respectively only 25 and 30 minutes away. We with our 4 children live in the main house and whilst the Coach house provides more privacy than the traditional "Bed & Breakfast" we are close at hand to ensure you enjoy your stay. Please call me Maddy Wilks on 01252 850225 or 07778 406381 to book or should you have any queries.
