The EuroHostel backpacker’s is located in the Choeng Mon Beach district of Koh Samui, just 5 kilometers from the Samui International Airport. Choeng Mon is a one-kilometer stretch of beach in the northeast corner of Koh Samui, with some of the island’s calmest and cleanest waters. It’s a popular spot for early risers to catch the sunrise from the beach’s rock formations.

The beach itself is approximately 200 meters walking distance from the hostel, and offers a great location for swimming in the tranquil waters protected by the bay. Fan Noi Island sits just offshore, and can even be reached by foot at low tide. As one of Samui's quieter areas, Choeng Mon Beach is perfect for families or couples looking for a getaway, however it's still in close proximity to the hubs of Chaweng and Big Buddha (Bang Rak) beaches for those who are looking for more.
