Centrally located Amsterdam apartment very near Central Station and central city. This area has a great selection of cafes within short walking distance and on the doorstep of tourist destinations such as Dam Square and the Royal Palace. This property is contemporary style and with lots of light. the living area has a spacious sitting area and kitchen and includes a modern flat screen tv. There are 4 comfy sofas that can also be made into beds for additional sleeping space. The dining area has a large dining table and the kitchen is fully equipped as well has having a large stove. There are 3 bedrooms, one with 3 single beds, one with 2 single beds and one with single bed. There are two shower rooms, one with toilet. Please note the following conditions:   -Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euros, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro. -Early check in from 10am-15pm is 30 Euros. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).  -Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euros. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day). -There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Also can be paid by credit card where we only make a retention. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in. Cash checkouts can not be done if the check out is on a Sunday.    The is 5% fee for payments with credit card (including Visa Debit).
