If you're after somewhere simple in a handy location, the Dokos Studios are perfect. Set above the Dokos taverna, which is run by the same friendly family, the bright and air-conditioned studios are tastefully decorated in warm red tones with functional pine furniture. Each one also has a balcony or terrace for relaxing al fresco. When you're peckish, you can head downstairs to enjoy the tasty, homemade Greek cuisine served in the taverna, which receives great reviews.

Location-wise, the Dokos stands on a main road into Parga, just 300 metres or so from the bars, shops and restaurants of the centre. The sand-and-pebble town beach and another smaller beach are also five minutes walk away.
