As you head into Paignton on either the A380 or A385 follow either road until the junction where the 2 meet where you then need to take Totnes Road the A3022. Follow this road past the zoo for approximately 1.5miles and then turn right onto Conway Road where at the end of this road follow Elmsleigh road straight on at the cross roads and you are on Sands Road. We are at the far end of Sands Road just before the roundabout.;
