Built in 1887 this quintessential Victorian Villa is ideally located just outside Canterbury City Centre and is close to Kent University Kings School St Edmunds School and Kent College. All within a half hour drive the coastal towns of Kent offer the visitor all you could ask for. From the White Cliffs at Dover the medieval town and golf courses of Sandwich to the chic and slightly bohemian Whitstable and ‘seaside’ Margate home to the Turner Centre - now open. We have our own private car parking allowing you to stroll into the City – just 10 minutes.
