Stay in a Cottage Wooden Yurt Retro caravan or Shepherd's hut. It is a rural retreat away from the hustle and bustle of life set in the grounds of a medieval farmhouse called Little England. The setting and the garden are quite magical as the name suggests. We are located in a rural setting at the end of a quiet no-through road. This is the space if you want somewhere to rest recuperate and recharge your batteries. Its also a great place to use as a base if you want to explore the many and varied places of interest in the area. Whether your interests are history walking cycling wildlife and especially birdwatching this is the place to be. Located within close reach of Glastonbury and the Tor Wells Cathedral RSPB wildlife areas Weston Super Mare and Cheddar caves there is something for all interests and ages. The village itself has a its own village bakery that sells amazing bread and cakes with a small cafe area if you wish to sit in. Within walking distance in the village there is a pub that serves food at lunchtime and evenings and even a Post Office a bit of a luxury here in rural Somerset. There is very little light pollution in the village so on clear nights the stars are out in abundance. Why not make use of our outdoor wood stoves cook something outside and enjoy the beautiful garden! If you would like your visit to be more of a healing retreat then we can provide that too. Your host is a Reflexologist and can offer treatments in our treatment room next door to the cottage.
All beds are double sized and have a luxury memory foam mattress including the caravan and yurt.
We have a large garden with a selection of seating areas and communal places to relax.

If you are approaching on the A361 from Taunton look for the London Inn - Little England is third on the right after the pub towards the end of the village. If you are approaching on the A361 from Glastonbury/Bridgwater we are on the left just after Maisey's Bakery. The Village Hall is on the corner of Little England. We are at the end of the lane on the right. You will see black wrought iron gates with a sign: "Little England Retreats".;
