At El Matuy we have 10 cabins made out of wood and palm leaves, each with a private bathroom, furnished terrace and hammocks. We have cabins for two, four, six, and eight people, all of them on the beach close to the ocean in Palomino, Guajira. To really relax, we have opted to keep the electricity away from El Matuy providing an environment suited to disconnect both your body and mind. Not having electricity does not mean a lack of comfort as every cabin and common areas at El Matuy are lit with candles and lanterns, creating an environment hard to find nowadays. Nevertheless, we are conscious of the importance of electricity and we provide access at the front desk to charge cell phones and other devices. We also offer complimentary Wi-Fi at the front desk.
