Setting the scene
Legacy Park is a lovely community in the Davenport area of Orlando and has been divided into four
separate villages, each surrounded by leafy conservation.

Location
Legacy Park is conveniently located just south from the US 192 on the US 27, approximately 20-25
minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort. The community enjoys a great location near Interstate 4,
which is the main corridor through Central Florida to access all the theme parks and coastal resorts
on both the Gulf and the Atlantic sides. A range of supermarkets are nearby for self-catering
convenience. Both Highlands Reserve and Champions Gate golf courses are just a short drive away.

Facilities & amenities
These Legacy Park Homes are designed and finished to a good standard. Each is air-conditioned,
well-equipped and spacious with its own screened pool, living, kitchen and dining areas. The living
room and main bedroom feature a TV and DVD, plus there’s a telephone in every home. All towels
and bed linens are provided. The community has a tennis court and children’s playground for additional fun on days away from the parks.

Dining
Each Home has a fully-equipped kitchen that comprises a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, iron/ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and vacuum cleaner. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party.

Things you should know
Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away beds and these must be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge is applicable and is payable locally.

Please note that Spas within this community are on a request only basis. If you wish to request a spa, please contact your agent and they will be able to advise as to whether this can be added to the booking.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $6 a day at the Ocean Holidays Welcome Centre as part of the registration process. (CAPPED AT $126)

Pool Heating is available and can be added at the time of booking we recommend pool heating
during the months of October –April.
