No.4 is located within a 500 year old Spanish villa directly in the centre of the old town. It is said to be one of the oldest existing houses in the town. The story has it the house used to belong to the famous Spanish composer Ricardo Benavent Feliu in the 19th century Ricardo left the villa to his two sons. After his death the house was split into 2 parts and one of them became No4. The house has been tastefully upgraded after a process of renovation spanning five years and includes not only aesthetic refurbishments but also structural improvements. The freshly renovated villa offers unique rustic interiors with its stone walls Tosca arches high ceilings and Moorish furnishings and d�cor. The designers tried to combine the local historic influences with more contemporary features to give the interior a fresh yet nostalgic look and feel.Facilities:
