Situated in the Pessada region of Kefalonia, we have 2 villas. The first one is 65m2 and has a private veranda-terrace. There are 2 separate bedrooms ,one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds. There is a open kitchen-living room with a couch which can be used also as a bed .The kitchen is fully equiped, there is air conditioning ,a flat TV with NETFLIX, and there is free WIFI . There is free private parking inside the property.

The second villa is 85m2 and has 2 floors. On the groundfloor there is the kitchen(fully-equipped), the living room with a couch which can be used as i double ded and a wc. The first floor has 2 separate bedrooms with double beds in each and a bathroom. There isairconditioning, flat TV's,free wifi, NETFLIX, private parking and private veranda-terrace.

In the big garden there is a communal hot-tub(jacuzzi).
The location is close to the capital town Argostoli 12km, and about 10 minutes away from the airport. The local beach of Pessada, one of the most beautiful on the island, is about 800m(5 min by car).
