The residence Baia Salinedda is a three stars property located 20 kms south of Olbia in the wonderful peninsula of Capo Coda Cavallo at few steps from the spetaculare sea of the Marine Protected Area of Tavolara-Punta Coda Cavallo in one of the most beautiful stretches of the coast of Sardinia. It is composed of 56 apartments surronded of 100 hectares in a pvate green area. They are at ground floor level, with garden and private entrance, almost all with a very nice sea view of the bay or in frent at Tavolara Island. In the Residence there are three kind of apartments: 1) Bilocale Standard 2p "DOUBLE ROOM"without or with parcial sea view; 2) Bilocale Standard 3/4P "TRIPLE ROOM" without or with only parcial sea view; 3) Bilocale Bay View 2/3/4p "QUADRUPLE ROOM" with a very nice sea view. Each apartment have: one double room, two sofà-beds in living room, bathroom, kitchen, terrace and garden. In the apartment:Tv-Sat, safe, air condition, barbeque. In the residence: reception, bar-restaurant, swimming pool for adults and for children (heated in low season), play ground for children, wifi zone (for free), private parking (for free). At the beach: 800 mq of private beach, are available umbrellas and deck-chairs (to be paid on place), kiosko-bar.
