They are typically harmless to guests. Please note that a pool barrier fence cannot be provided. This property is therefore not recommended for children under 6 years of age. There are door alarms for all doors with access to the pool area.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking. In order to book this property you must be over 25 years old. This villa is 100% non-smoking. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and damages liability up to $2,500.(Fee subject to change) If applicable to your reservation, the $149 Accidental Damage Protection Fee paid protects you from paying for damages totaling up to $3,000.
