Mobility Description:
The entrance has an 8cm step from the yard and another 8cm step to the porch. The glass door of the porch is 70cm wide. Both wings can be opened to 140cm wide. The front door is 92cm wide. The front door is always locked. It has a push button bell cm above floor level. The front door leads to a hallway approx 8m x 2m with real hardwood flooring. No downstairs bedrooms. Because of number of stairs the bedrooms are not suitable for wheelchair users There are four bedrooms on the first floor (R#1 R#2 R#3 R#4) and two more (R#5 R#6) on the second floor. All bedrooms have fully fitted carpets except for Room#5 that has laminated flooring with a rug. Lights are fitted with low energy bulbs. All rooms have audible smoke alarms fitted. All bedroom doors have a knob lock. These should be locked from inside twisting the central button on the doorknob before you step out and close the door behind you cannot be locked with the key from outside.
