We have plenty of FREE on-site parking so that you can enjoy the full flavour of Weymouth without using your car. As you may be aware Weymouth is part of the Jurassic Coast with outstanding scenery. Plus we really are within 5 minutes walking distance of the town centre and 8 minutes from the beach. Our Guest House is within easy reach of all attractions along this coast. Within a few minutes walk we have the Rodwell Trail (the old Weymouth - Portland railway) which enables walkers and cyclists (who we welcome) to reach Portland Harbour traffic free. Your hosts Nigel and Wendy have known the area for over 30 years and are therefore able to give you valuable information and knowledge about Weymouth and surrounding areas. All rooms are very well equipped and with central heating (All are en-suite) plus there is a fridge available for guest use which also contains fresh milk (we don't like the little UHT pots either!!). All rooms have access to FREE WiFi Internet.

Mobility Description:
We have five guest rooms; all are en-suite. There is a ground floor room with a small double bed (for one person only) and is en-suite. From the ground floor to the first floor there are 12 mains steps a small landing and then 3 steps. There are three rooms are on the first floor; one superior double en-suite room one double en-suite room and a superior single en-suite room with a double bed (one side of the bed against the wall). There is a fridge located on this floor for guests' use and a bathroom (consisting of bath -with shower over- toilet and basin) which is for the use of all guests. From the first floor to the second floor there are 10 main steps a small landing and then 4 steps. Please note that these steps are steeper than normal steps. The standard rooms are on the second floor.
