The Old House was mostly built in 1750 and is an attractive Georgian building. It has been totally refurbished into a comfortable bed and breakfast with en suite bedrooms. The rooms all have free Wi-fi Freeview TV tea and coffee making facilities complimentary bottled water hairdryer and quality toiletries. All rooms have an area for you to work if required. We offer a delicious freshly cooked breakfast as standard. Wherever possible locally sourced quality ingredients are used from reputable local suppliers. We are able to cater for a wide range of dietary requirements but ask that you mention this at the time of booking. Witherley village has two local pubs both within a short walk and both offering excellent food. The market town of Atherstone is only 1 mile away for a full range of local amenities. The Old House is conveniently situated in the corner where Warwickshire meets Leicestershire and Staffordshire so Atherstone Nuneaton Hinckley and Tamworth are all within easy reach. Junction 1 M69 and Junction 10 M42 are both 10 minutes away and Birmingham Airport and the NEC are just a 25 minute drive. The new development at MIRA Nuneaton is only a 5 minute drive away. There are many attractions nearby to suit all ages and tastes including Twycross Zoo Bosworth Battlefield Drayton Manor Park Tamworth Snow Dome Belfry Golf Centre Ricoh Arena and also great shopping at Birmingham Bull Ring.
