The apartment complex is located around 2 minutes drive (about 15 minutes walk) from the nearest beach. A diverse selection of restaurants and shopping venues, as well as a bus stop, are also just a few minutes away. This family-friendly complex features wonderful gardens and comprises a total of 29 apartments. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk as well as room and laundry services for which fees apply. The apartments each come with a bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a smoke detector, a kitchenette with a kettle and fridge, double or twin beds, individually controllable air conditioning, a hire safe, and a balcony or terrace. In the outdoor complex are a swimming pool and a small paddling pool for children as well as a big slide. It is possible to play pool (charges payable). A hearty breakfast is on offer to guests each morning; lunch and the evening meal may be chosen from a menu.
