Between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura, Badesi is a quiet little town located on a long stretch of unspoilt coastline that boasts 8 kms of white sandy beach. The area is lush and green with aromatic Mediterranean plants and shrubs. The complex, which is within easy walking distance of the town centre, is divided into 2 sections each with a series of pretty terraced 2 storey buildings located around the swimming pool; located between the 2 section stands a new shopping centre. The apartments are located either on the ground or first floor and all have independent entrance.
APARTMENTS: All the apartments are very nicely furnished with kitchenette, TV, safe, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, ventilator, microwave, bathrooms with shower, furnished patio or balcony, all are provided with wifi.

LOCAL FACILITIES: The reception desk opens from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.; unattended car park; children’s playground; bowling green; barbecue (common use) with picnic area; tv room with satellite television; coin operated laundry, Wi-Fi internet connection, notebook rental and excursion bookings, a small shopping centre with Bar/panoramic restaurant and different stores.
In the village of Badesi (200 mt) you'll find shops, bars, restaurants, chemists and tourist medical service. Public shuttle bus to the beach at scheduled times.
At the beach: wind surf lessons, sun umbrellas, beds and beach equipment for hire.
Distance from the beach: 2,5 Km from Li Junchi beach and 3 Km from Li Mindi beach where you will find a wide parking area for the guests of the residence. (distance from the beach 200 – 300 mt).

COMPULSORY CHARGES (TO PAY ON ARRIVAL):
FINAL CLEANING: Mono €40; Bilo €50. Cleaning of the kitchenette is guest’s responsibility, otherwise a 50 € surcharge will be applied.
REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT (compulsory): €150,00 (to be settled locally) refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded and mailed as soon as possible to the guest’s home address.
