From the month of June onwards and on all public holidays, the pub scene in Glencolmcille comes alive with traditional Irish music, dance and sing song with the village awash with tourists both from Ireland and all over who visit the area for the countless attractions it has to offer including Archaeology with almost every monument type known nationally on display here, Walking trails, Historical Sites, Traditional Music, and the true sense of traditional Irish welcome afforded by the friendly Irish speaking natives.
