Number 59 Bed and Breakfast offers clean comfortable and affordable accommodation for up to 5 guests in 3 rooms in an elegant and beautifully decorated Edwardian family home. We are located a few minutes off the A30 dual carriageway linking Exeter to the South West and are centrally located within a short walk of Okehampton town centre. There is easy access to the stunning Granite Way Cyclepath and we are within minutes of the Dartmoor National Park with its dramatic moorland landscape. We are fortunate to have a large number of National Trust English Heritage and privately owned properties and gardens close by as well as easy access to the stunning north and south Devon coastlines. Cyclists and walkers will find us a convenient overnight stop for a variety of long distance cycle/walking routes passing through Okehampton. Cycles can be safely left in a secure store in the garden. The stunning Okehampton Golf course is only minutes from our door. There is free parking to the front of the Bed and Breakfast and private parking for up to 2 cars by arrangement. We are ideally located for accommodation for the Ten Tors Challenge Baring Gould Music Festival South Zeal Folk Festival Chagfest or the Okehampton Agricultural Show. We can accommode up to 5 guests in 3 rooms - Kingsize double Twin/Superking double and a single room. All our rooms are beautifully decorated light and airy with traditional sash windows new secondary glazing and are centrally heated with new carpets. Our beds have quality mattresses crisp white bedlinens and towels. All rooms have remote control TVs. Hospitality trays waffle bathrobes hairdryers laptop trays and free Wi Fi. A shower room and separate WC are provided for our guests to share. A second shared wet room/WC is available if required when 5 people are staying. Breakfasts are served in the spacious breakfast room around a large circular table to the front of the house. Where possible we purchase our ingredients locally.

Our Bed and Breakfast can accommodate up to 5 people in 3 rooms - kingsize double twin/superking double and snug single room. Our main bedrooms are equipped with quality beds mattresses crisp white bed linens and white towels hospitality trays remote control digital televisions with built in DVD player Wafffle bath robes free Wi Fi access laptop supports and hairdryers. A modern shower room with quality thermostatic shower and separate spacious WC. is provided for our guests use.

There is free parking to the front of the property. Cyclists can store their bikes in a secure shed to the rear of the property and we will try and help damp walkers and cyclists 'dry out' if required. We have a guests table with a selection of local maps guides books and magazines which guests can browse or borrow. Although we do not have a designated guest lounge we are happy for guests to use the spacious breakfast room should they wish to play games order a takeway or just chill!.

• A full breakfast menu is served around the large circular dining table in the breakfast room at the front of the property. All breakfasts are freshly cooked to order and locally purchased quality butchers sausages and bacon are used. We can cater for special diets (please advise at time of booking) and offer vegetarian options to our 'full English'. For early departures cyclists and walkers we have an option to fill up on cereals and toast with a 'takeaway butty' for later.
