**Calanè Hotel Village** is a four-star resort located in Castellaneta Marina, on the edge of Stornara Nature Reserve, on the Ionian coast of Puglia. The large golden beach is 2.5 km away and can be reached by a convenient shuttle while the town centre is 5 kilometres away. Its strategic position allows guests to reach the Temple of Hera in Metaponto in 15 minutes, Matera and Alberobello, included in the UNESCO’s World Heritage Site, list in 40 minutes. Brindisi and Bari airports can be reached in just over an hour.

This resort is located within “Nova Yardinia Resort”. It consists of a main building and another unit with rooms only, arranged in a semicircle around the seawater lagoon pool, the square and the bar. It includes a lobby, a reception with a safe, two bars, including one by the pool and one at the beach, a congress centre and a gym.

For sports enthusiasts, there are two tennis courts, a five aside football pitch/beach volleyball court and a playground for children.

The mandatory Club Card includes both sports and recreational activities, with daytime and evening entertainment.

A qualified staff will entertain children aged 3 to 12 years with recreational activities.

A fully equipped beach is located within the Biogenetic Nature Reserve, and can be reached by a shuttle, in the shape of a train and available from 08:00 am to 07:00 pm, for 2 km and then by walking on a wooden walkway that crosses a part of the Reserve for 50 metres.

Free Wi-Fi in the common areas and in all rooms, a paediatric emergency room and a private, unattended car park are also available for guests.

Hotel Village Calanè has different types of rooms, for a total of 194 rooms, including;
-Standard: large and bright rooms;
-Standard Inn: overlooking the pool.

The rooms include several services, such as a private check in area, a fruit basket upon arrival, water in the fridge, newspaper (on request), one free access to the nearby Thalasso SPA at Hotel Kalidria and to the water trail, beach/pool towels and also a beach umbrella, deck chairs and sun loungers in the front row.

All rooms are furnished in modern style and are equipped with a large veranda. They have private bathrooms with shower and hair dryer, telephone, TV, minibar and air conditioning.

Triple and quadruple rooms have a 110 cm sofa bed.

Connecting rooms are also available.
Some rooms are specially equipped for people with disabilities.

##Food & drinks
The central restaurant has large windows overlooking the swimming pool, and offers varied regional and national dishes prepared with zero-mile products. Water and bottled wine are included with meals.

An area of the restaurant, with a qualified staff, is reserved for children.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are buffet style, with assigned tables.

The “All Inclusive” formula is available from 08:00 am to 12:00 am at the central bar and includes water and bottled wine during meals; unlimited soft drinks, beer, juices, ice cream, espresso and cappuccino; a selection of national liquors, tea break with cakes and dry biscuits from 04:30 pm to 05:30 pm at the main bar. Canned and bottled drinks, packed ice creams, alcohol, spirits and à la carte snacks are not included
