Plas Isa provides un-spoilt magnificent views of Criccieth Castle and beyond across Cardigan Bay to Harlech & Barmouth. Proprietor and Chef Anna Bischoff inherited her culinary skills from her German father Horst Bischoff who himself was a master chef. She served her apprenticeship under her father and worked in several restaurants in the area and run the Poachers restaurant in Criccieth which is now owned by her brother Martin and his wife Jill. Co-Proprietor and Annas partner is Ian Edwards. Ian is an ex-international footballer who represented Wales on four occasions during his career. He also played for West Bromwich Crystal Palace Chester and Wrexham. He has been a Hotelier in Criccieth for over 30 years . Both Anna and Ian are keen golfers and will be happy to advise you or answer any questions you may have about golf in the area. Plas Isa is perfectly sited to explore the Llyn Penisula and its many attractions and Criccieth is the ideal place for a week by the sea or a short break. Plas Isa Hotel is Just a two minute walk from the local shops & ammenities and a stones throw away from Criccieths sand and shingle beach with clean safe bathing for all the family. ACCESS STATEMENT and general information. The hotel is situated approximately 400 metres from the high street. The driveway is on a small slope and has no kerbs or steps. The entrance to the hotel is straight from the car park and has 3 steps of varying height and tread length. The entrance of the hotel is well lit at night. The reception desk is in the main entrance . There are two floors Each floor is level throughout. Except rooms 2 & 3 8 & 9 where there are two steps to a lower level . The bedrooms are all located on the two upper floors No lift is available. There are two flights of stairs both with 17 stairs . a handrail is situated on the right on both flights . Corridors are well lit. . All bedrooms have colour televisions hairdryers and beverage areas. Ironing board & iron are situated on both floors. All bedrooms are en suite with shower baths wc . Rooms 2 3 9 walk in showers all others with bath and over head showers.
