The Crête Sèche refuge is dominated by the ridge of the same name, which it is called after, with its thread-like pinnacles and large ruined towers. Built in 1982 a short distance from the Berio del Governo, which was a guard post during the French Revolution, this cosy refuge is also an ideal place for children, since it is surrounded by meadows and is not too far from the bottom of the valley. The view which can be enjoyed is magnificent: from Luseney to Becca di Nona which dominate Bionaz, to the majestic Grivola and as far as Ruithor (going up to the refuge).
